Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and if any of the items have any defects then send an email to 'support@hamptonbabies.com' with photo proof within  12 hours of the items being delivered. If the items are indeed defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, then Hampton babies will investigate the issue and make this right through the appropriate service recovery such as (but not limited to) a refund, store credit or redelivery of new items.

The service recovery resolution will be discussed with the customer beforehand, however, Hampton Babies maintains that it has the right to endeavor to remedy the situation in the manner it sees fit and at its sole discretion.

Please note that Hampton Babies may ask you to return the damaged item to an address of its choice. Hampton Babies will notify you once their team has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

Card Processing Fee: If funds from a customer’s debit card, credit card, PayPal or other electronic source of payment have been transferred prior to the fulfillment of a cancellation request, a percentage of the charge, as determined necessary by Hampton  Babies and its parent company Nueseva in its sole and absolute discretion, will be withheld to cover the cost of card processing.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Customers may cancel their order for a refund within 24 hours of the order being placed. Afterwards, Nueseva and its affiliate company Hampton Babies reserves the right to not cancel the order, or cancel the order but charge a restocking fee up to $100 at its sole and absolute discretion for any late cancellations.

Our refund policy is ‘All Sales Final’. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange after the product has shipped. However, with regards to any damaged or faulty products, please refer to the policies outlines in the above section titled ' Damages and issues'.
